Free look
Minutes
Tell us your website and work email. EveryReaderBot reads your public pages and checks the documents it finds. You get a preliminary report: how many documents, how many need work, and the most common problems.
02
Free full audit
About a day
We check every document on your site and write a report you can share: documents by priority, problems in plain language with their standard, archive candidates, and what fixing the rest would cost.

Walkthrough
30 minutes
If you would like, we go through the report together and agree on what to fix first. We offer to fix one document for free, so you can see the result and the proof.
What the full audit includes
- Every PDF, Word file, slide deck and spreadsheet linked from your public site, including vendor sites you link to
- Priority tiers: Tier 1 for documents people use today, Tier 2 for current information, Tier 3 for older reference material
- The most common problems, in plain language, each with its WCAG 2.1 or PDF/UA reference
- Archive candidates that may qualify for the archived-content exception, so you do not pay to fix them
- What fixing the rest would cost under both service models, and how long it would take
- A tagged, accessible PDF of the report itself
Why the archive question matters
Documents posted before your compliance date can be exempt if they are kept only for reference, stored in a clearly labeled archive area and never edited again (28 CFR § 35.201). Documents people still use to apply for, access or take part in your services are not exempt, whenever they were posted. Sorting the two correctly is often the biggest saving in the project.
