Accessibility statement
Accessibility is the product we sell, so we hold this site to the same standard we hold our clients' documents.
Our target
This website and the client portal aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Every document we deliver is validated against PDF/UA-1 and reviewed by a person.
What we do
- Semantic HTML: one main heading per page, headings in order, labeled landmarks and a skip link.
- Every form field has a visible label, and error messages are tied to the field they describe.
- Status is never shown by color alone; we use words such as “Passes” and “Needs work”.
- Tables have header cells and captions.
- Text meets the 4.5 to 1 contrast minimum, and keyboard focus is always visible.
- Layouts are designed to work at 320 pixels wide and at 200 percent zoom, and with a keyboard alone.
Known limitations
- Sign-in, account and team management screens are provided by our authentication vendor, Clerk. We have configured them for accessibility but do not control all of their markup. If you have trouble signing in, email us and we will help directly.
- Original documents you download from your portal are your files as we found them, and may not be accessible. The remediated versions are.
